The following Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to the use of www.theffcmeat.com (“Website”).

As part of this Agreement, “you” or “User” shall refer to any person, whether natural or legal, who uses the Platform or purchases any DGPL products using any computer system or other device, including, but not limited to mobile devices, handheld devices and tablets, and “DGPL” or “we” shall refer to Delightful Gourmet Private Limited.

APPROVAL

We encourage you to regularly review this Agreement when visiting the Platform, ensuring your understanding of the terms and conditions for using the Platform or purchasing Products (defined below). Please note, this Agreement does not change the terms of any other written agreements you have with DGPL for different products or services. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and another agreement you have signed with us, the terms of that specific agreement will take precedence over the subject matter.

Please terminate your use of the Platform immediately if you disagree with this Agreement (including any policies or guidelines referred to herein). Click the print button on your browser toolbar to print this Agreement.

ADMISSIBILITY

In accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent to understand and agree to its terms and conditions. If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years old or otherwise incompetent to contract, DGPL may terminate your membership and/or refuse access to the Platform.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Using our Platform is subject to the terms of this Agreement. You agree not to violate any laws in connection with your use of the Platform or interfere with or disrupt it in any way.

You agree that all Content on the Platform, including the brand name – FFC MEAT, belongs to DGPL or its licensors. Using any Content without written consent from DGPL or its licensors is strictly prohibited. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, no part of the Content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or copied in any form without prior written permission from DGPL and/or the appropriate licensor. However, you are allowed to display, copy, distribute, and download materials from the Platform for personal and non-commercial use as long as you do not make any modifications and retain all copyright and proprietary notices. Without DGPL’s written permission, you may not mirror any material on the Platform or other servers. Breaching any of these terms will result in automatic termination of permission granted under this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed Content.

On the Platform, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that —It belongs to another person and you do not have any rights over it;

In any manner that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful;
